With features, reports and analyses, the magazine «NZZ Residence» focuses on distinctive architectural and design concepts. The magazine for property and living is published five times a year as a supplement to the «NZZ am Sonntag» and, under the title «Immobilier», also accompanies the Geneva daily newspaper «Le Temps». «NZZ Residence» places its emphasis on exceptional architecture and exclusive properties in the premium segment, as well as on current living and interior solutions by renowned manufacturers and interior designers. Focus of this autumn edition: «The Art of Staging».

In the canton of Graubünden, a castle-owning couple opens the gates to their unique home exclusively for «Residence». Three floors, flowing spaces and cosmopolitan flair: in Munich, the Zurich-based Atelier Chiavi has created a bespoke townhouse for two globetrotters. The open loft architecture impresses with a subtle interplay of tactile surfaces and warm palettes. The result is an elegant retreat with a palpably sensual aesthetic. - Reportage 3: Residieren am Jurasüdfuss
